At Appliance Oasis, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes returns or exchanges are necessary, and we’re here to make the process as seamless as possible. Please review our updated return policy to learn how we can best assist you.
Appliance Returns We accept returns on appliances within 30 days of purchase for the following categories:
- New in Box
- New Open Box
- Open Box Scratch & Dent
To process a return, we kindly ask that you provide the original receipt as proof of purchase.
For returns made after the 30-day window, store credit will be issued.
Please note that all appliance returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Appliance Parts Returns We accept returns on appliances within 30 days of purchase for the following categories:
At Appliance parts may be returned for a refund within 7 days of purchase, with an original receipt required to process the return.
Returns can be made in-store at our location: 3285 S. Higuera St., San Luis Obispo, CA 93401
Alternatively, parts can be shipped back to our store. When returning items by mail, please include the following details to ensure prompt processing:
- Full Name
- Order Number
- Phone Number
- Email and/or Mailing Address
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, which is non-refundable.
Exchanges for Appliance Parts We are happy to exchange defective or damaged appliance parts. Please reach out to us to check our current parts inventory and arrange an exchange.
Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you a confirmation email. This email will include the status of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider’s policies.

Non-Refundable Items While we strive to accommodate most returns, the following items and fees are non-refundable:
